Established in June 2005, PT. Indopay Merchant Services (www.indopay.com) is a subsidiary of EMTEK,
tbk (www.emtek.co.id) which provides
integrated and up-to-date Electronic Data Capture/Point of Sales (“POS”)
Network, through Euro Master Visa Compliance, PIN based, and “Tempered Proof”
terminals for secure payment. We provide the hardware, customized software and
expertise to implement, maintain and grow the client’s payment network. Today,
Indopay’s merchant network accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, China Union Pay, and other ATM/ Debit Cards from local leading Banks.
To strengthen our growing team we
invite high caliber candidates to fill in the following vacancy:
Call Center Staff (IMS-CCS)

Responsible to handle Incoming requests and
complaints from customers; first level troubleshooting for EDC & Network
problems; monitoring NAC network; escalate unresolved problem to relevant department;
and collect data & problem log
Qualifications:
* Male / Female, experienced in similar area would be an advantage
* Hold a minimum high school certificate
* Able to work within a team or individually
* Communicate well to others
* Clear articulate voice
* Service oriented and helpful attitude
* Hard-worker, smart, diligent, meticulous, self-driven, responsible and able to work under pressure
* Fluency in English both verbal and written is required
* Able to work in shifts
